To ensure fairness and ethics in its business, Fabiant Srl has adopted an Organisation and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, set up a Supervisory Body that monitors how it works, how effective it is and how it is applied, and drawn up a Code of Ethics with the standards of conduct for directors, employees and partners.
